Our first experience with Watson was in 2023 with Paula Powell She helped us purchase our condo and was great to work with so when it came time to sell we naturally thought of her. I contacted her to find that she had retired but was happy to refer to another Watson agent-Sue Molly. Sue got in touch with us the same day. We discussed our circumstances-that my brother had been living there and had recently passed away-and that we were ready to sell She was very honest with us about the poor condo market , gave us great info about what to expect then went to work to get it listed. Things were slow and after talking with Sue we lowered our asking price. Very shortly afterwards we received a full cash asking price offer. The buyers also wanted all the furniture which saved us the cost of moving those items. Sue was professional and fun to work with and always answered our calls, emails and texts quickly. We were also impressed with Sherry in the title office who went out of her way to get things done and Linda to make the closing smooth -a great help when doing this long distance from our home in Charlotte. All in all it was a very good experience and we would highly recommend Sue along with the team at Watson.
